Services. Perfectly Polished Cleaning Service provides Airbnb Cleaning Service, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Deep Cleaning Service, House Cleaning Service, Maid Service and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Perfectly Polished Cleaning Service (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Law and Venue. NY law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NY.
